The Bloc Québécois is a socialist separatist party in Canada that only runs in Quebec during elections. Using its seats won to further the French Nationalist political agendas. Its provincial equivalant is the Parti Québécois. It is currently lead by Gilles Duceppe. Some see it as a front for the dormant Domestic Terrorist group Front de libération du Québec, which is responsible for over 200 bombings and the death and kidnapping of many people including politicians and a British Ambassador.

In Quebec they run against the Conservative Party of Canada, the Liberal Party of Canada and the New Democratic Party. They are largely ignored outside of Quebec.
