Bronchi and Lungs

Lungs are organs that are in the chest. Humans have two of them. They contain the bronchioles, the alveolar ducts and the alveoli. They can hold about 6 liters of air.

Lungs' main job is to make oxygen available to the body and to remove gases, such as carbon dioxide. The right lung has three sections, called lobes, and is a little larger than the left lung, which has two lobes. [1]
