Tacitus wrote about tyranny, a subject which should be of very much concern now. He grew up after the Roman Empire had been established, but he knew of the Republic. We should be concerned that the same thing does not happen here in the United States. Once our government and citizens start ignoring the Constitution, it will no longer have any significance, and then it will be forgotten.
