Reference tags
I noticed that you created two new pages on ancient Cambodian kings and tried to provide a tagged reference in each one. You're probably wondering why the references never showed up.
In addition to using the <ref>...</ref> tags in the middle of your text, you also need to provide a section called "References" or something similar to tell where the footnotes are supposed to appear. Such a section must have the single tag <references/> or the template {{reflist}} within it. The {{reflist}} template will format the footnotes in smaller type, and it also takes an optional numeric parameter and, in some browsers, will lay out your footnotes in the number of columns specified in the parameter. We normally set this to 2 or 3. (1 would be redundant, and 4 would look ridiculous.)--TerryHTalk 06:11, 8 May 2008 (EDT)
