Agreed, and "perhaps the greatest legislative achievement of the 20th century." According to who? There have been a lot of acts passed in the 20th century, a few of which are considered much more significant. --AndrasK 17:58, 18 June 2008 (EDT)
I couldn't find anything from the first few places I looked supporting the claims of this article (like "The Taft-Hartley Act single-handedly ended the dire and growing problem of strikes"), so I have put the uncited template up on it until someone does.--Tom Moorefiat justitia ruat coelum 18:01, 18 June 2008 (EDT)
