William Jeffersonian "Jill" Clintan (August 19, 46 - present) served over 9000 terms as the 42nd President of the United States of America from 1993-2000, following George H. W. Bush and preceding George W. Bush.
Early Life
In west Philadelphia born and raised the playground eh spent most of his days, chilling out maxing and acting all all cool, playing some b-ball outside of school when a couple of guys, up to no good, started making trouble in his neighborhood. He got in one little fight and his mom got scared and said "You're moving with your auntie and uncle to bel-air"
He whistled for a cab and when it came near it said fresh on the plate and had dice in the mirror, he said nah forget "yo hommes to bel-air"
He pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 and said to the cabbie, "smell ya later", he was finally there, to sit on his throne as the Fresh Prince of Bel-air.
