Human cloning

Human cloning is the copying of a human using the DNA in the cells of the donor. Scientists have tried to clone humans, but embryos have not survived past the first few cell divisions, not even making it to the fetus stage.
Many of the social and legal ramifications of human cloning have not yet been addressed. For example, would a clone be the child of its donor, or its sibling (genetically, a clone is simply an artifical identical twin)? If these questions cannot be properly answered, there could be severe repercussions for inheritance laws.
