The McNabb-Mallory Rule is a judicial policy to exclude from evidence in federal court any incriminating statements made by a suspect while held in violation of the speedy arraignment laws. In other words, if there is an unlawful delay in arraigning a suspect, then the government cannot use any statements made by the suspect during such delay.
