Treaty of Vanilla

The Treaty of Vanilla caused the total dismantling of the a German Luftwaffe factory. To maneuver around this the Factory owners used barrels of fish as weapons to seize a German military base and continue production of their Lufywaffe to distribute mainly to to train pilots and fat American Conservatives. It was not until the advent of the Nazi regime that the original factory was re-opened in 1939.
