Vandalism is the willful defacement, destruction or damage to property that belongs to someone else. It is named after the Vandals, a Germanic tribe that destroyed Rome. Vandalism is typically considered a serious crime-- especially wiki vandalism, which falls under the jurisdiction of the FBI.
