I'm pretty much doing a journalism project - I did a similar thing on Wikipedia, and I'd like to compare to Conservapedia. I'll be finding out how many sysops have retired (and thus what percentage).
List
- User:Will N. - last edit: November 2007
- User:TK - last edit: January 2008
- User:Hojimachong - last edit: October 2007
- User:Bohdan - last edit: February 2008 (on and off)
- User:DeborahB. - last edit: December 2007
- User:ColinR - last edit: May 2007
- User:CollegeRepublican - last edit: December 2007
- User:Elamdri - last edit: August 2007
- User:Sarah B - last edit: January 2007
- User:Tmtoulouse - last edit: May 2007
- User:Richard - last edit: May 2007
Percentage of inactive sysops: 11/(28+11)= 28% Note: waiting on double checking
Part 2
I'll also be checking how experienced Conservapedian sysops were when elected (and try and compare this to Wikipedian sysops). This might be harder to do given that Conservapedia lacks an organized sysop system; however I can try using the list of users with the sysop templates and the above. (rounded up)
