Howard Stern

Howard Stern is an American satellite radio personality, notable for his crude humor. He is often referred to as a "shock jock." Stern's show often has such guests as strippers, midgets, Star Trek fans, pornography actors, regular actors, musicians and comedians. Some of the more disgusting topics of the Stern show include details of homosexual practices, and talking or trying to talk female guests into disrobing, and of course constant flatus jokes.

Stern's shows have also featured political commentary. He has supported both Republicans and Democrats and has strong libertarian tendencies. He has been an ardent defender of the 1st Amendment and a critic of FCC regulation.

Howard Stern divorced his wife Allison in 1998 and recently became engaged to his longtime girlfriend.

Stern is a nonpracticing Jew. It is important to note that Stern and his staff often mock God Template:Needcite and the show is widely considered inappropriate for children, due to inappropriate content (both related to religion and not).
