Peter Singer

Peter Singer is an Australian philosopher who is best known for his book Animal Liberation.
- Singer advocates the killing of certain newborn infants at the discretion of their parents.
- The conditions he has explicitly named as sufficient justification for active infanticide include Down syndrome, spina bifida, and hemophilia. [1]
