Dalian

Dalian (Traditional Chinese 大連, Russian Далянь) is a city in the Liaoning province of Northeastern China. Dalian is home to China's northernmost ice-free seaport. The city has a population of approximately 6,200,000. The mayor of Dalian is Xia Deren.
