Juan Manuel Arcia Salazar is a Venezuelan teacher of English language who was born in Maturín, capital city of Monagas state, Venezuela. That person is graduated from Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador, a training college for teachers, in Maturín. At the moment he still lives in that city.
