The Kohelet Policy Forum (KPF or Kohelet; Hebrew: פורום קהלת) is an Israeli nonprofit 'dynamic' think tank[1] established in 2012 and run by founder and chair Moshe Koppel alongside Avraham Diskin, Avi Bell and Eugene Kontorovich.
It defines itself as a "non-partisan research and action institute."[2] It promotes free-market policies."[3] Since its founding in 2012, the forum has published about a hundred essays and policy papers in the fields of economics, education, law, health policy, culture, tourism, transportation, society, restrictions on Israel in the European Union and the United Nations, and more.
