Steven "Steve" Chabot (born January 22, 1953, in Cincinnati, Ohio (age 73)), a Republican, is the U.S. Representative from Ohio's 1st congressional district. Chabot was first elected to the House in 1994 and served until his defeat for re-election in 2008 to Steve Driehaus. He was elected to his former seat in a rematch in 2010.

Rep. Chabot voted in late July 2020 in favor of removing Civil War-era statues.[1]
