Grobba is a major figure whose role is not well known. He envisioned a Nazi alliance with the Arabs from Casablanca to Teheran, which is why the Allied Conferences were held in those cities symbolically after the defeat of Rommel's Africa Corp, and why the Casablanca wartime propaganda film was made.
