Trump conviction polls by the liberal media showed only a very small decline, such as only 1% or barely 0.5%, due to the jury verdicts by the New York residents in the show trial there.[1] The small effect is likely to be transient without any lasting influence on the 2024 presidential election.

The highly reliable Emerson College polling showed no change due to the verdict.[2]

Prior declines in polling for Donald Trump based on other media smears have been larger, but also transient.[1]
