Jealousy is an emotion that incorporates a wide range of feelings such as anger, fear, or embarrassment. It is mainly the fear that something may be taken away by someone else. This can apply to jobs, possessions, or reputations. Though, it can also refer to the anxiety that comes when one is afraid that a loved one may be lost to another. Jealousy usually does more harm than good since it can create negative conflict between two individuals. God views jealousy as a sin that leads to more wickedness.
