Interesting contrast between US and Russian military discipline: Surovikin, credited with building the Surovikin line, was relieved of hius commander after 12 pilots were killed in the Wagner mutiny, whereas after thew Fall of Kabul airport bombing that killed 12 American soldiers, no one was held responsible in the chain of command for the failure.
