Julia Caesaris was an honorary name given to all women in the Julii Caesares patrician family. It tied back to Julius Caesar.

Julia the Elder (daughter of emperor Augustus)
Livia Drusilla, Julia Augusta, (wife of emperor Augustus)
Julia Drusi Caesaris (daughter of Drusus the Younger, granddaughter of emperor Tiberius)
Julia Agrippina (Agrippina the Younger) (daughter of Germanicus)
Julia Drusilla (daughter of Germanicus)
Julia Livilla (daughter of Germanicus).
Julia Drusilla (daughter of emperor Caligula)

Please note that except for the case of Julia the Elder, none went by the name Julia in their daily lives.
