Abortion ballot initiatives in 2022 include four states:[1]

  • California - expand abortion rights
  • Kentucky - a constitutional amendment to prevent liberal state courts from inventing a right to abortion based on its state constitution
  • Michigan - create a constitutional right to abortion
  • Vermont - expand abortion rights

Kansas voted down in mid-2022 a ballot initiative similar to Kentucky's
