David Frum (born 1960) is an author, journalist, American Enterprise Institute scholar and former speech-writer for President George W. Bush and was credited with coining the phrase "axis of evil" to describe governments that sponsoring terrorism and seeking weapons of mass destruction such as Iraq, Iran, and North Korea. David Frum's editorials often appear in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal and the Daily Telegraph.
