Crestonaean, plural Crestonaeans, were probably a gallic tribe and region[1] a little north west of the modern city of Thessalonica.

We know that the river Echidorus (Ἐχείδωρος, Scyl. p. 26; Ἐχέδωρος, Ptol. 3.13.4) later named the Galliko, rose in their territory and emptied itself into a lagoon near the mouth of the Axios/Axius (Vardar) river[2], which empties into the Thermaic Gulf of the Aegean Sea a little to the west of Thessalonica.

This description lends itself to the modern river Moglenitsas (Μογλενίτσας).
