Jellyfish

Jellyfish are a kind of clear inverterbrate fish that live in the ocean. Jellyfish have sharp stingers in their tentacles that can hurt a lot if you get stung by one. For this reason they are sometimes called sea wasps or sea bees. Ironically, jellyfish are not edible. (See Jelly).
Jellyfish are found on every continent in the world, except Greenland and Antarctica. Jellyfish, like bees and polar bears, have been known to kill humans. Kinds of jellyfish (scientifically termed "species") include the Portuguese man of war and the blow jelly.
In 1965, the film The Sting of Death (a reference to 1 Corinthians 15:56) was released, documenting in dramatic fashion the life and death of jellyfish in the ocean.
