An Earthquake is the shaking caused when God is punishing the inhabitants of the earthquake area of promiscuity and sinfulness such as murder, homosexuality, drug dealing, and pornography.
The most well-known earthquake in the Bible is the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah due to the inhabitants' well-known practices of homosexuality and rape.
