This looks like a good write-up. Nice job, Rob!
However, might I suggest/request that you shy away from using the term "Shooter"? That term (which was popularized by the MSM) puts the emphasis on the tool, rather than the person using it. This is of course because they want to ban this kind tool in particular: guns. This is a mass murdered and quite possibly a psychopath, based on what I'm reading.
