The shoe with heel transmitter is a tool used primarily by organized crime gangs such as the Italian and Russian Mafias. It is used against police officers or government agents. The shoe has a microphone, batteries, and transmitter imbedded within the heel, and the target becomes a walking radio station, transmitting all top secret conversations to the gang, including when they might plan an arrest on them.
