You guys do realize this won't work, don't you? --Liπus the Turbohacker(contact me) 17:09, 8 May 2007 (EDT)
- You do realize that saying something won't work is utterly useless, don't you? We need to hear why it won't work. --Ed Poor 17:11, 8 May 2007 (EDT)
- I agree--to make this encyclopedia "trustworthy" is one thing, but to assume people aren't coming yet seems disingenuous. It won't work because the site is not "trustworthy" because it was meant to be designed with a flaw--the bias. Flippin 17:13, 8 May 2007 (EDT)
- Well here is my 2 cents. I think the biggest problem facing Conservapedia right now is that a majority of the editors only care about highly controversial political/social topics. The good thing about Wikipedia is it is a good starting point for all sorts of topics. Regardless of bias, people are going to visit Wikipedia more often when they want general information on something, and people will come here to read the discussion pages and political bickering between people. For example, I know all about the conservative/creationist viewpoints on evolution now, but all I can find out about a rabbit is that it is a small mammal. Wikipedia currently provides a great starting place for a wider variety of information than here. --Colest 17:18, 8 May 2007 (EDT)
VERY well-said. Flippin 17:22, 8 May 2007 (EDT)
