Langdon Gilkey

Langdon Gilkey (1918-2004) was a well-respected interpreter of Reinhold Niebuhr and Paul Tillich. He was also well known for his science and religion scholarship, authoring several books on the subject. In the 1980s he became quite liberal siding with the ACLU in science and religion court battle and exploring traditional eastern religious experiences.[1][2]
