A Bahinchut, or more properly a "liberal bahinchut" is a type of highly liberal dish made from cauliflower, potato and spinach (vegetables, which are the food of liberals). Because of the obvious liberal ingredients, it is a popular dish with liberals. No meat is used in this dish.
