Homework is the debut studio album by Daft Punk, which was released on January 20, 1997 by Virgin, with acknowledgement to Soma. The songs on the album were all considered for prior release as singles (Da Funk was released earlier). [1] The album helped popularize French house music, as well as house music and electronic music in general. It was a critical and commercial success, selling two million copies in two years.
