Methane

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Java (Talk | contribs) at 18:52, April 27, 2007. It may differ significantly from current revision.

Methane is a chemical substance CH4 found in a high percentage in natural gas. It is also produced through the expulsion of gas from an animal's anus.

According to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, scientists believe that methane emissions from the increasing numbers of cattle may contribute to climate change.[1].
