White Pages is the traditional notion of residential telephone directory listings indexed by family name. Modern technology has massively integrated this information and provides a surprisingly large amount of information for free. For instance, sitting judges, who usually have their first name, middle initial and last name on their nameplate while sitting on the bench can often be found by simply specifying the State they live in. The same applies to prosecutors, policemen and most politicians. "Premium results" such as mobile phone numbers and criminal records are available for a fee.
