Story Lines
The Lost & Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony have their own independent story lines that coincide with, and make references to the story line of Grand Theft Auto IV. Niko Bellic's voice actor; Michael Hollick, is said to have entered a dispute with publisher Rockstar Games, as a result, he was not summoned to do voice acting work for The Ballad of Gay Tony.
