Russian Presidential Election 2012

The 2012 Russian Presidential Election took place on March 4th, 2012.
Incumbent Dmitry Medvedev has agreed to step down and to run with United Russia as a possible Prime Minister in the Russian Government, nominating Vladimir Putin as the United Russia Candidate.
Conservative president Vladimir Putin won the election.
