Rep. Hank Johnson, D-Ga. is a congressman from Georgia. Rep. Johnson is a liberal. As Michael Savage has noted, liberalism is a mental disorder. Proof of his mental retardation is obvious to anyone who has watched Johnson's House Armed Services Committee statements where he told the commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet that if too many troops were moved to the island of Guam, that it might tip over. Johnson said, "My fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize." [2]
