Killarney (Irish: Cill Airne) is a resort town in County Kerry, in the extreme south-west of Ireland. It is located in an area of great scenic beauty, notable for the Lakes of Killarney, the 'Ring of Kerry' scenic drive, and Ireland's highest mountain, Macgillycuddy's Reeks.
