Moxley v. Commonwealth

In Moxley v. Commonwealth, 195 Va. 151, 77 S.E.2d 389 (1953), the Virginia Supreme Court held that manslaughter "is the unlawful killing of another without malice." It contrasted this with murder. "Every malicious homicide is murder," the Court emphasized.
