2024 Cert. Granted is the growing list of cases for which the U.S. Supreme Court has granted cert in order to review and decide in the 2024-2025 Term that begins in October 2024.
As of June 10, 2024, only 12 cases had been granted cert.[1] Surprisingly, 2 out of the 12 come from state court.
As of June 24, 2024, a total of 23 cases had been granted cert.[2]
