Cloud

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Ed Poor (Talk | contribs) at 01:30, April 28, 2007. It may differ significantly from current revision.

Clouds consist of small drops of water or ice particles.

Clouds are classified and grouped into "Low", "Middle", and "High" clouds, refering to the altitudes they occur at. Low clouds include cumulus, nimbostratus, stratus, and stratocumulus; middle clouds include altocumulus and altostratus; and high clouds include cirrus, cirrocumulus, cumulonimbus and cirrostratus.
