I first heard it in one of his acceptance speeches. I'll find the reference.

It's not that I don't doubt you; there are Republicans who will vote for him, but since this appears to be a very new word created by a politician (like "Reaganomics" and "Watergate"), we have to have the source. Karajou 15:45, 24 February 2008 (EST)
