Black pudding or blood sausage[1] is a type of food made from pig's blood, fat, spices and seasonings, and oatmeal, fried or grilled. It is popular in many European countries, including Great Britain, Ireland, France (boudin noir), and Germany (Blutwurst), and is an essential component of a Full English Breakfast.
