Tom Corbett (born August 22, 1949) is the current Attorney General of Pennsylvania and a member of the Republican Party. Although elected in 2004 and reelected in 2008, he also served from 1995 to 1997 after being appointed by Governor Tom Ridge upon the conviction of Ernest Preate. Corbett is a Republican candidate for Govenor of Pennsylvania in the 2010 election and leading in early polling date.

Corbett is a graduate of St. Mary's University Law School and Lebanon Valley College.
