Epicanthic fold

An epicanthic fold is a small flap of skin on the upper eyelid of a human being which covers the inner angle of the eye. The epicanthic fold is typical among many types of oriental people or those who trace their roots to eastern Asia. Some Africans also have a similar epicanthic fold.
