Morris J. "Mo" Brooks, Jr. (born 1954 in Charleston, South Carolina) is an American attorney and Republican U.S. Representative-elect from Alabama's 5th congressional district. He defeated incumbent Congressman Parker Griffith in the primary, who was originally elected as a Democrat but switshed to Republican, and defeated Democrat Steve Raby in the general election.
