The Mona Lisa

The "Mona Lisa" is generally considered to be one of the greatest paintings of all time. It was painted by the Renaissance artist Leonardo da Vinci. The painting is so masterful that the brush strokes are impossible to see, and yet the detail in the background is perfect. Above all, there is the enigmatic smile of the woman. She knows something, but what is it?

Interesting note: Mona Lisa has no eyebrows and the landscapes in the back are in two levels.
