A Cocktail is a mixed alcoholic drink that usually contains whisky, brandy, vodka, rum, or gin and then is combined with fruit juices, sodas, or other liqueurs and liquors and is often served chilled. A basic example of a cocktail would be a mixture of rum and Coca-Cola. Cocktails can also be non-alcoholic, an example of one such cocktail is the Shirley Temple.
