A branch of study dedicated to the accumulation and classification of observable facts in order to formulate general laws about the natural world. Many are liberal atheists, and their devotion to areas such as evolution and global warming raises many Christian eyebrows, as it resembles the worship of false idols as described in the Bible.

It should also be noted that scientists in the past have believed that it is possible to make gold out of other metals. Scientists have often been incorrect in their assumptions in the past, so thier theories must be taken with a grain of salt.
